Job Description
We are looking for a
Customer Expert (Korean Native Speaker)
to join our growing team in Bali! If you have strong Korean communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support Korean‑speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.
Requirements
Open to Foreign Nationals only!
Fluent level of Korean (spoken & written).
Intermediate English skills are acceptable for this role.
Experience studying or working in a Korean‑speaking environment, or experience communicating with Korean customers/communities is a plus.
Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and onboard by March 2026.
