Global Commercial Operations Manager - Structural Heart Join a fast‑scaling, innovation‑led global MedTech organisation in the structural heart space. A rapidly expanding global MedTech innovator in Structural Heart seeks a Global Commercial Operations Leader to help scale and professionalise its international commercial organisation. Our client is experiencing strong global momentum, with increasing adoption across transcatheter heart valve therapies and a growing footprint in Europe, APAC and emerging markets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution and operational excellence, supporting continued international expansion. Reporting into senior global leadership, you will play a critical role in building scalable commercial infrastructure, enabling sales performance, and driving alignment across regions.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving global commercial operations strategy across sales, marketing and regional teams.

Supporting market launches and geographic expansion.

Partnering with regional leaders to improve execution, productivity and predictability.

Building and optimising processes, tools and governance suitable for a scaling organisation.

Acting as a strategic connector between HQ and regional commercial teams.

This role is ideal if you:

Have senior experience in Global Commercial Operations / Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence within MedTech.

Have exposure to cardiovascular or structural heart (strongly preferred).

Thrive in high‑growth, scale‑up or emerging‑market environments.

Combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Are comfortable operating across cultures, regions and time zones.

Are based in (or open to relocating to) a major European country.
