Teacher or Translator

to join our team at Asa Nusantara Daycare & Kindergarten in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the education and development of young learners.

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of young students

Facilitate interactive and stimulating learning activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth

Provide individualised support and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and personal development

Collaborate with the teaching team to continually improve teaching methods and curriculum

Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the wider school community

Assist with administrative tasks related to student records and learning outcomes

What we're looking for

Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt to the unique needs of each student

Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
