Growth Marketing Manager

Trendier builds industry-specific AI for the global beauty market, automatically structuring and analyzing market competition and real-time consumer demand across more than 30 e-commerce channels worldwide.

Jakarta is one of Trendier AI’s key global growth hubs, working closely with teams across South Korea (HQ) and China (R&D Center).

Responsibilities

Own and operate the full B2B AI SaaS growth funnel—from Acquisition → Conversion → Activation → Renewal

Drive lead generation through paid channels and content, and define and optimize MQL criteria aligned with sales outcomes

Design and continuously improve Lifecycle / CRM automation across signup, trial, demo, and post-demo stages

Run data-driven growth experiments based on conversion, activation, and pipeline metrics (A/B testing, iteration, scaling)

Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to improve lead quality and remove customer bottlenecks

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, or Performance Marketing within B2B SaaS, AI, or subscription-based products

Proven ownership and success in at least one area: Paid media, Content, or CRM/Lifecycle

Strong ability to define problems and drive improvements using core metrics such as CAC, Conversion Rate, and Activation

Experience connecting marketing outcomes directly to sales pipelines and revenue

Comfortable working across functions and thinking beyond narrow role boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in early- to growth-stage startups (0→1 or 1→10 scaling phases)

Hands‑on experience with global markets (content, marketing, or business)

Familiarity with B2B SaaS / AI marketing automation tools

Experience improving email performance (subject lines, content, segmentation, list hygiene)

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for working with global teammates

Ability to extract, visualize, and interpret data using dashboards or BI tools

Understanding of beauty, e‑commerce, or retail domains (nice to have, not required)

Support for AI tool subscriptions, learning programs, and global conferences
