Social Media Specialist

Job Overview Seven Stones Indonesia is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and enhance brand communication. This role will focus on producing engaging content related to real estate and property listings, Bali lifestyle, investments, tourism, hospitality, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the Seven Stones brand positioning

Produce and manage high-quality content: property features, investment insights, event highlights, and company updates

Manage daily posting schedules and ensure visual consistency across platforms

Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and interact with our audience professionally

Track performance analytics and produce monthly content and engagement reports

Collaborate with Marketing, Graphics, Photography, and Business Development teams to support promotions and digital campaigns

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital culture, and platform developments

Identify collaboration and influencer marketing opportunities aligned with brand standards

Support marketing efforts for events, open houses, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or relevant role

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Skilled in content storytelling, particularly in real estate, lifestyle, and brand positioning

Strong English copywriting skills; Indonesian language ability is a plus

Experience with analytical tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar content-creation software

Excellent coordination and time management skills

Understanding of digital audiences, marketing funnels, and brand voice
