Product Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage and develop marketing initiatives for mechanical measurement tools to support product growth and market expansion.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align product strategies and achieve sales targets.

Analyze product pricing, coordinate with Principals and Customers, and establish competitive selling prices.

Provide technical support during pre‑sales and after‑sales processes, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and recommending suitable measurement solutions.

Maintain and strengthen brand positioning of measurement products in the market.

Execute promotional activities and marketing collaborations with external partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, including mechanical measurement tools, precision instruments, and machining processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing strategy and implementation, preferably in industrial or measurement products.

Proven ability to coordinate effectively with Principals, suppliers, and internal sales teams.

Strong analytical skills in pricing strategy, market analysis, and competitive positioning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
