To support our business expansion, we are currently looking for Sales Supervisor professionals to join our dynamic sales team.

We are seeking an experienced In House Designer to join our dynamic team at PT Kansai Prakarsa Coatings, a leading manufacturer of high-quality paints and coatings in Tangerang, Banten.

What you'll be doing

Develop eye-catching designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, packaging, advertisements, and digital assets

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and maintain the integrity of the company's visual identity

Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your work to enhance the company's visual appeal

Provide design support for various company initiatives, such as events, product launches, and trade shows

Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make revisions to design concepts

Manage design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as an in-house designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneous.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
