Quality Process Inspector (QPI)

PT Perfect Companion Group (PCG) was established to extend and support the specialization of the Charoen Pokphand Group in providing pet food, catering to an evolving market where pet owners are increasingly discerning about product quality for their companions.

We urgently needed for an Quality Process Inspector with preferred requirement as follows:

Minimum educational background in Diploma degree (Diploma degree from Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related degree)

Min. 2 Year experience in QC production inspection on food manufacturing industry.

The work scopes of Quality Process Inspector include:

Checking the production results of extruder process and packing quality.

Perform visual checks, measurements and nutrition.

Verify and analyze problems when a quality issue occurs.

Complete QPI reports

Qualification :

Willing to working in shift

Diploma degree from Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related degree

Good knowledge of personal computer

Experience as Quality Inspector is an advantage

Experience using QC tools (digital balance, moisture balance, caliper and NIRS).

Preferably have experience in packing machine and extruder.

Good understanding about Feed, Extrusion and Pet Food Packaging process is an advantage

Good understanding about FSQH related standards (FSSC 22000 / ISO 9001/ HAS 23000) is an advantage

Confident in English skill both verbal and written

Willing to be place in Modern Cikande, Serang
