Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. KOLANG CITRA ABADI, a foreign investment company. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support the organisation's growth objectives. Based in Sidoarjo, East Java, this position is integral to the success of our Accounting & Finance division.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision‑making

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Implement and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives

Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA)

At least 8 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting management role, preferably in a CIGARETTE manufacturer

Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements

Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of business operations

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing talent and driving continuous improvement

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non‑financial stakeholders

Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
