EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
PT CAPTIVA INVESTAMA ABADI – Jakarta, ID
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support directly to the CEO.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, meeting materials, and minutes.
Support strategic planning, business development, and cross‑functional initiatives across business units.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders and partners.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Assist in off‑site operations and represent the CEO when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably supporting C‑level executives.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Business‑aware, detail‑oriented, and proactive in anticipating executive needs.
Willingness to travel and work across different business units and locations.
