Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop cascading processes and ensure the effective implementation of sales policies, strategies, and action plans across all functions.
Monitor the individual performance of each salesperson within the business unit and consolidate improvement plans.
Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings and reports.
Ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
Visit customers to evaluate their needs or promote products and services.
Support the business unit in negotiating purchase plans with customers.
Create programs to increase unit sales within the companyโs business units.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelorโs degree in Engineering or Management
Work Experience:
Preferably 5 years of experience in sales marketing & mining truck / heavy equipment
Skills:
Able to drive a car and possess a valid SIM A (Car Driving License)
