Automation Engineer (RPA UiPath)

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities. Perform comprehensive testing (unit testing and UAT support) to ensure high-quality, stable, and reliable automation solutions prior to deployment. Monitor and maintain deployed bots, proactively troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements when necessary. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and operational guides for audit and future reference. Optimize and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA development (internship experience may be considered). Familiarity with UiPath is preferred; experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) is also acceptable. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Candidates available to join immediately are preferred
