Mandarin Translator Assistant (Engineer / Medical Background) Our client is a

Chinese-based sterile equipment manufacturing and distributor

company, currently looking for a

Mandarin Translator Assistant with educational background in Engineering / Medical / Medicine.

Responsibilities:

Translate and proofread business documents, technical materials, and correspondence for superiors.

Serve as a communication bridge between management, suppliers, and clients, particularly during factory visits or meetings.

Provide on-site translation and interpretation support for the sales team during client visits or presentations.

Coordinate and assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and internal communication.

Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items between departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (degree in Chinese Literature, Engineering, Medical Equipment, Pharmacy, Medicine).

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Mandarin (equal to HSK 5 and above).

Willing to work in Kemayoran, North Jakarta area.

Willing to travel domestically or internationally for business trips and on-site assignments as required.
