Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Indonesia.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Represent the company in key business negotiations and industry events.
Job Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelorโs degree is an advantage).
Minimum
5โ20 years
of proven experience in sales management, preferably in
sanitary ware, building materials, or consumer goods industries .
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure to meet ambitious targets.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
