Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Supply Planner & Manufacturing Manager who will oversee end-to-end production planning, raw material readiness, operational execution, and manufacturing performance for our food production facilities.
This role ensures stable supply, accurate planning, and efficient plant operations while upholding the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and production excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capability, operational leadership, and deep understanding of food manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Production Control
Develop and manage production plans aligned with demand forecasts and operational capacity
Ensure material readiness through effective coordination with procurement and suppliers
Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to maintain optimal stock and prevent shortages or overstock
Oversee PPIC activities to ensure smooth scheduling, MRP accuracy, and timely production execution
Implement planning frameworks utilizing ERP, TMS/WMS, and forecasting

Manufacturing Operations Management
Lead day-to-day plant operations to achieve consistent output, efficiency, and quality
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other food safety regulations
Oversee production, maintenance, engineering, warehouse & logistics, and quality teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization
Strengthen cold chain management, handling, and storage to meet F&B standards
Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety standards across all functional areas
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Oversee QA/QC systems to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance
Ensure audits, SOP implementation, and corrective actions are executed effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce food safety standards and traceability systems
Operational Leadership
Lead operational reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance dashboards
Optimize resource allocation, production capacity, and operational workflow
Manage cost efficiency through OPEX control and productivity improvements
Build and develop high-performing operational teams
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
Minimum 7โ10 years of experience in food manufacturing, production planning, or plant operations
Strong capability in Supply Chain Management & Production Planning
Proven experience in HACCP, ISO, GMP, Food Safety Regulations
Knowledge and handsโon experience in:
Plant Operations, Continuous Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma
Cold Chain System
Warehouse & Logistics Management
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
ERP systems, TMS/WMS, PPIC & MRP
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand F&B production environment
