Payroll and Benefit Specialist

Contributes to a seamless employee experience by resolving payroll-benefits related inquiries and enabling efficient HR operations through data accuracy, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Statistic, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits, or a similar role.

In-depth understanding of payroll system, income tax laws, and social security operations (BPJS).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high data integrity.

Preferably having exposure in Compensation and Benefit analysis projects.

Proficiency in MS Excel or similar platform, and payroll operations.
