Project Manager

Noble Design Asia is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven

Project Manager

to lead multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring strong coordination across clients, vendors, and on-site teams while maintaining quality, timelines, and clear reporting.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution across

multiple projects

(multi-project handling). Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables (scope, budget, schedule). Act as the main point of contact for

clients, vendors, and contractors , ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations. Coordinate closely with

Site Supervisor/SPV

and on-field teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. Monitor on-site progress, manage risks/issues, and drive solutions quickly and professionally. Maintain proper project documentation: meeting notes, approvals, progress reports, and handover files. Use a

project management system/tools

to track tasks, progress, and team performance. Prepare regular reports using

spreadsheets

(progress tracking, summaries, basic cost tracking when required).

Requirements (Must-Have) Minimum

3–5 years

experience as a

Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor (SPV Project)

with proven on-site leadership. Proven ability to handle

different types of projects

and manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills with

clients and vendors . Confident in field coordination and follow-up with the site SPV and operational team. Fluent English

(spoken and written) – required. Strong working knowledge of

Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and spreadsheet competency. Proven track record of using

project management systems/tools

(e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or equivalent)—please be ready to demonstrate how you use it in real project execution. Detail-oriented, disciplined in documentation, and strong in follow-up.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Background in interior fit-out / renovation / construction / real estate projects. Experience building reporting formats, workflows, or SOPs. Willing to travel for site visits; driving license is a plus.
