Manajer IT - Hospital

Responsibilities Oversee infrastructure: network, servers, hardware, communications systems

Maintain IT system reliability (target uptime ≥99%)

Lead implementation & optimization of

SIMRS

(Hospital Management Information System)

Ensure security compliance (HIPAA, ISO 27001); implement DRP, backups

Manage integration with BPJS, EMR, lab, finance, and pharmacy systems

Supervise HRIS, ERP, billing & other supporting systems

Provide tech support & conduct staff training on IT systems

Coordinate IT budgeting, procurement & vendor management

Propose innovations (e.g., Telemedicine, Cloud, AI) to improve patient services

Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare IT or systems management

Strong understanding of hospital IT ecosystem

Bachelor’s in IT/Information Systems/Computer Science (Master’s preferred)

Experience in SIMRS integration & regulatory compliance

Leadership and communication skills
