Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product lines: Motherboard, Graphic Card, PC Components, Desktop, Monitor, All-in-One PC, mini-PC etc.
Manage distributors, Channel partners, SI Partners, sales pipeline, product forecast and develop business opportunities.
Tracking Commercial and Project demand.
Lead, mentor and cooperate with sales members to achieve sales target and company assignments.
Co-work with PM, distributors and sales & marketing to execute sales plan to meet sales goals.
Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline performance
Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers and develop new & potential partners to build business.
Territory: All Indonesia
Location: Jakarta
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Aggressive and a problem solver.
Strong understanding of Channel & Commercial market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
