Optimize productivity by managing calendars, prioritizing meetings, and preparing for key engagements. Lead special projects across various departments, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes. Coordinate internal communications, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items. Assist in external relations, including investor, partner, and client communications. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, founder's associate, or similar high-performance environments. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities. Proactive, fast learner, and highly organized. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. High level of discretion and emotional intelligence. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Sheets, and Slack. Bonus: experience with CRM and project management tools. Experience working directly with C-level executives or in high-stakes environments is a plus. Details
