Responsibilities

Develop and optimize capacity building plans based on needs and gap analysis.

Support capacity development strategies aligned with PT SMI's objectives and international standards.

Create high-quality capacity building programs.

Support and strengthen PT SMI's public financing through capacity building.

Ensure the effective and timely implementation of capacity building programs, while supporting the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Optimizing resource utilization and team management to achieve sustainable capacity building results.

Ensuring the effectiveness of capacity building and knowledge management programs.

Sustainably improving capacity building programs. Ensuring that all documents produced by the Economic Research Division are well-documented, easily accessible, and can be used sustainably.

Becoming the primary reference source for research and knowledge in the infrastructure sector.

Expanding networking and strengthening the role of the Research Economic Division as a knowledge management center in the infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

Minimum Master's degree in Economics, especially Development and Regional Economics or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in capacity building, particularly for local governments, research institutions, or development financing institutions, including experience managing research knowledge management products.

Able to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.

High integrity and results-oriented.

Required Skills

Experience and in-depth understanding of capacity building and knowledge management.

Basic knowledge in development and regional economics or other relevant fields.

Strong interest in developing knowledge management systems through relevant platforms.

Ability to build professional networks with research institutions, governments, international financing institutions, and academics.
