Sales Manager

About the role We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team at PT Standard Biosensor Healthcare. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve our ambitious business goals. This is a full-time position based in our South Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to target private clients and expand existing accounts

Managing a team of sales and providing coaching and mentorship to help them achieve their targets

Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales activities

Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Forecasting sales, setting targets, and tracking progress against KPIs

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients and build long-term relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

Proficient in using sales CRM tools and data analysis software

Familiarity with the healthcare regulatory landscape and industry best practice
