What Will You Do

Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new warehouse partners.

Monitor warehouse (CO) utility bills and ensure timely processing by the finance team.

Coordinate with the legal team for new agreement (PKS) creation and renewal with warehouse partners.

Handle requests for assets and packaging materials from internal teams and external partners.

Monitor and evaluate warehouse partner performance, both in system and operations.

Provide support in identifying and resolving operational challenges faced by warehouse partners.

What Are The Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2 years of experience in

fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management .

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, systems, and operational workflows.

Experience in vendor/partner management and onboarding is plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations).

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CMS or WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
