Food & Beverage Manager (Expat)

Overview

Our client is a high-end 5* luxury boutique resort with +/- 50 units in Indonesia. The resort is located in a magnificent but remote location. This is a #1 role in F&B Service and will report directly to the General Manager. This position is available for Expats only. Profile

Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation 5* & leisure resort experience Asia experience is a plus Experience in remote location is preferred Creative and innovative with F&B concepts, up-to-date with latest trends Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry Fluent in English both written and spoken Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury resort environment Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests Having good knowledge of high service standard Familiar with budgeting and costing Computer literate Strong guest contact Strong leadership skills and result oriented Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure Team player with excellent communication skills Passion for service excellence Passionate about training Flexible working hours Remoteness and terms
