Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement commissioning strategies and plans for onshore projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians to successfully execute commissioning activities. - Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of commissioning activities into project schedules. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues during the commissioning phase. - Monitor and track progress of commissioning activities, identifying and resolving any delays or issues that may arise. - Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety policies and procedures. - Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders on the status of commissioning activities.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on onshore projects. - Proven experience managing commissioning activities for onshore facilities, including refineries, pipelines, and petrochemical plants. - Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to commissioning activities. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges during the commissioning phase.
