Role Overview As an Aviation Business Head, you will oversee the aviation business operations and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable flight services for the Group. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement department policies and procedures focused on safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and budgeting. Ensure efficient utilization of assets and provide flight services for the Group’s operational needs. Oversee aircraft maintenance to guarantee safe-to-fly conditions and strict adherence to SOPs for safety and comfort. Prepare annual operating budgets covering expenses, facilities, personnel, training, and capital requirements. Monitor and report deviations between estimated and actual aviation operating costs to senior management. Advise management on aircraft and equipment requirements aligned with company needs. Represent company in dealings with Indonesia’s DGCA and ensure compliance with local aviation regulations.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of Indonesia aviation regulations and ability to liaise with DGCA. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build teamwork and earn respect from pilots. Willingness to relocate to Indonesia.
