Job Summary :
We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
who will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business, and marketing) to deliver products that meet market needs and align with company strategy.
This role requires strong analytical skills, customer empathy, and the ability to balance business goals with user‑centric design.
Key Responsibilities :
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities.
Prioritize features and improvements based on impact and feasibility.
Product Development & Execution
Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely product delivery.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post‑launch iterations.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the bridge between business, technical, and operational teams.
Communicate product strategy, updates, and performance to stakeholders.
Align product initiatives with partner and market needs.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Define success metrics (KPIs) and track product performance.
Use data‑driven insights to optimize user experience and product efficiency.
Continuously improve product offerings through experimentation and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or related role (preferably in OTA, e‑commerce, or tech industries).
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Analytical and data‑driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance technical understanding with business strategy.
Preferred Skills
Experience in travel tech, OTA, or e‑commerce product management.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of APIs, platform integrations, and scalability considerations.
Strong ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
