Job Description
Manage campaign activities in stores and on social media, provide update information related to events, designs, promotions, etc.
Build relationship with external parties including media, tenants, and influencers to create a strong professional network.
Act as a content creator responsible for promoting products on social media platforms.
Create visual design materials for campaigns, social media content, and in store promotions.
Ensure that the storeโs product display (visual merchandising) complies with brand standards and is appealing to customers.
Lead, coordinate, and direct teams to execute campaigns, displays, and promotions effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Communication / Visual Communication Design / Graphic Design / Public Relations / Fashion Business.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position or related field preferably in fashion retail.
Familiar with social media, advertising platforms, and graphic design applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Have strong analytical skills in advertising and promotion strategies.
Good personality (positive attitude and professional demeanor).
Willing to be placed at Head Office Surabaya.
Proficient in design and able to operate graphic design software such as (Adobe Creative, Canva, etc).
Able to execute product display & Visual Merchandising.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
