Associate Product Manager

Job Description Identify and analyze user and business needs to establish a solid foundation for feature development. Develop celaer & structured product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide cross‑functional execution. Collaborate proactively with engineering, design, QA, and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely feature delivery. Evaluate product usage data, user feedback, and feature performance to uncover improvement opportunities and inform future enhancements. Maintain comprehensive documentation covering product features, process flows, and key learnings to support ongoing product growth and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Tech, preferably supporting end‑to‑end product development. Solid understanding of the digital product development lifecycle Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a product-driven organization. Willing to work from office (WFO) at Mampang Blue Bird Head Office.
