About the Role We are building a new way for people to earn from insurance — simple, accessible, and rewarding from the moment they start.

As an Affiliate Activation Manager, you will lead the effort to turn new users into active, earning affiliates. This role combines on-ground execution, team leadership, and funnel optimization to ensure affiliates don’t just join — they

take action, generate buyers, and grow.

What You’ll Do

Own and optimize the

affiliate activation funnel:

from onboarding → first transaction → first earning → referral

Lead and manage

field activation

teams, ensuring strong, consistent execution across locations

Design and implement

simple, scalable activation playbooks focused on driving immediate action

Identify and unlock high-potential segments and communities

to accelerate affiliate growth

Drive

on-ground initiatives and pilot programs , and refine strategy through rapid testing and iteration

Track and improve key performance metrics such as: activation rate, number of transactions, buyers generated per affiliate

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Ops) to continuously improve the affiliate experience

Build a

repeatable

and scalable activation

model that can expand across multiple regions

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in

growth, distribution, affiliate, or field operations roles

Proven track record in

building and scaling distribution or activation models from scratch (0 → 1)

Strong experience in managing field teams and executing on-ground / BTL activation programs

Experience in designing incentive schemes, commission structures, and productivity frameworks

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define and track key metrics across recruitment, activation, and sales performance

Background in fintech, digital bank, or other high-volume distribution industries (e.g. telco, FMCG, direct selling) is preferred

Entrepreneurial and hands-on, comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
