Sr & Jr Product Specialist Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field; candidates with strong analytical or technical aptitude are preferred.

Experience in product‑related, sales support, or cloud‑based product environments is an advantage.

Strong critical thinking skills with a high level of responsiveness and fast execution.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.

Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

High resilience, strong fighting spirit, and a positive mental attitude when working in fast‑paced environments.

Senior‑level candidates must have proven leadership abilities and a passion for developing people.

Business Development Manager Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting.

Exposure to enterprise‑grade solutions (IT, data, platform, or services).

Experience working with large Indonesian enterprises or conglomerates.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
