This full-time Finance Staff - Accounts Payable role at PT Cira International in South Jakarta, Jakarta offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team. As a key member of the accounts payable function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing and payment of supplier invoices. Responsibilities

Process and record supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner Maintain and update the accounts payable system and records Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Collaborate with other finance and accounting teams as needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, etc. Document the transaction process Qualifications

Bachelor in Accounting Have working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficient in using accounting software (Accurate Online) and office software applications Good English skills both oral and written Team player as well as able to work independently Good communication skills, positive thinking, honest, and well-organized Ability to work well in a team or individually and under pressure to meet deadlines Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, also taxation regulation About us
