Job Description Get to Know the Team The Jabo Strategy and Planning team is the think tank and in‑house strategy overseeing overall P&L and improving growth across all verticals businesses including mobility and delivery verticals. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.

Get to Know the Role You will report to S&P GrabExpress and GrabKios Manager and will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office. You will own GrabExpress growth end to end—set the strategy, turn ideas into actionable roadmaps, and drive results; be hands‑on with data querying/analysis, solution design and execution, and cross‑functional alignment.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Own channel strategy for Jabo Territory GrabExpress—set direction, portfolio mix, and growth across Consumer APP and B2B Partner deliveries

Turn data into decisions—query and analyze data, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

Lead the experimentation program—craft hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and scale up validated variants.

Collaborate with Vertical, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate product/feature launches, ensure readiness, and drive adoption.

Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, data analytics. Experience in Logistics, E‑Commerce, and/or Tech industry is an added value

Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

Experience with Excel and SQL

Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights

Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast paced environment

Experience with adapting to different types of pace and changes
