Job Description : Lead and execute negotiation processes, including

direct negotiations

with key and strategic vendors. Drive and manage end-to-end negotiation activities to achieve optimal value and outcomes for the company. Ensure all procurement activities align with

internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance . Provide effective solutions and alternatives for procurement-related issues to both internal and external stakeholders. Review, draft, and ensure accuracy and completeness of

supplier contracts and agreements .

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing. High level of integrity and strong

problem-solving

abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both

Bahasa Indonesia and English . Deep understanding of

sourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost analysis . Proven experience in managing

supplier contract negotiations , both with local and international vendors. Detail-oriented, consistent, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in

Microsoft O365 , and advanced in

Microsoft Excel

for data analysis. Professional certifications such as

CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)

or

CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) . Experience in developing

sustainable sourcing

or

green procurement

strategies. Prior experience in

indirect procurement

is a strong advantage.
