Qualifications One (1) year of experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain. Proven experience in technical fields, especially in building maintenance and repair.

Expertise in MEP systems is an advantage. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and systems is preferred. Have strong knowledge of hotel operations and system is prioritized. Good communication skills; reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Standards (OHS/K3).
