Civil Supervisor for GPA

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision or related field.

Certification: Certification in construction supervision or safety management, such as the OSHA certification, is a plus.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervision of Workers: Supervise and direct construction workers to ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently.

Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure that it meets the required quality standards.

Safety Management: Ensure that workers follow safety regulations and company policies, and take corrective action when necessary.

Progress Reporting: Report on progress of work, including any issues or concerns that may impact the project timeline or budget.

Communication: Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
