Currently, we are looking for a

Senior Digital Marketing

interested in managing our marketing and social media. We seek a candidate with 5 years of experience crafting and implementing successful digital strategies, preferably within an agency setting. This role demands a keen analytical approach, prioritising data, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

What You Will Do:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions

Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across search and related platforms with a strong focus on ROI

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits

Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance

Optimise website performance and user experience in collaboration with web and development teams

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives

Analyse social media performance and optimise campaigns for engagement and growth

Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO, analytics, and digital marketing

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment

Strong hands‑on experience in SEO and paid advertising

Working knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and analytics platforms

Experience conducting competitive and market analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset

Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently

Willingness to work according to Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Jakarta time, including a 1‑hour break)
