Job Description

Assist Operations Manager to handle administrative tasks.

Coordinate with Area Managers to check petty cash received by store.

Order transportation for inter store transfer of dry goods and fresh products.

Manage operational data such as raw material usage, daily consumption, and production records.

Ensure all operational documents are organized, updated, and easily accessible.

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports, raw material usage summaries, and production efficiency data.

Identify stock discrepancies or basic operational issues and report them to supervisors.

Ensure operational activities comply with F&B SOPs (hygiene, quality, food safety) through proper documentation and checklist management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.

Experienced in F&B industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage.
