Business Product Manager (Games) - Sea Labs Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

Develop new product proposals based on user insights;

Analyze product lines and competitors based on industry trends and user needs, continuously refine product direction, and drive commercial success;

Optimize product portfolio: Refine product strategy based on brand identity, consumer insights, and market/user research to execute annual product development plans;

Product Selling Points: Extract key selling points, develop product collateral, and evaluate packaging/promotional material designs;

Product Lifecycle Management: Track development milestones, manage product launches and iterations;

Product Launch: Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure project progress and execute launches according to schedule.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher from a nationally recognized university; 3-5 years of FMCG product development and project management experience with some supervisory role;

Strong product analysis and new market development capabilities; familiarity with Southeast Asian markets;

Knowledge of product development processes and packaging materials; aesthetic appreciation;

Proven track record in successful product projects; passion for the FMCG industry.

Good at English/Chinese.
