Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher, located in Bandung. The English Teacher will be responsible for designing lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, and monitoring students' progress in English language learning. They will facilitate classroom discussions, provide individual support to learners, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include grading assignments, preparing student assessments, and collaborating with other educators to maintain effective teaching strategies.

Qualifications Strong skills in English grammar, language comprehension, and vocabulary Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional strategies Proficiency in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs Ability to assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on student performance Effective communication, classroom management, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field Prior teaching experience, preferably in English language education, is a plus Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and motivating students
