Accounting, Tax & Budget Section Head

Manage all finance and accounting functions, including general accounting, finance operations, costing, budgeting, planning, financial reporting, taxation, and internal control.

Prepare work programs and budgets for budgeting and cost control activities, and continuously evaluate task progress to ensure targets are achieved in line with approved work plans and budgets.

Monitor and evaluate OPEX and CAPEX performance, and review cost submissions that do not comply with the approved budget to ensure effective expenditure control.

Prepare financial performance reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting to company management and the tax department in compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Analyze operational cost submissions from all relevant departments to identify budget variances and non-compliant expenditures as part of effective budget control and financial governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of Accounting

Min 7 years of experience in Accounting, Tax and Budgeting (Supervisor / Manager Role)

Experience in Real Estate Industry / Property
