As An Area Sales Supervisor, You Will
Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.
Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.
Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.
Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Industry
Has a Great Communication and Negotiation Skills
Able to work with laptop, esp. using Ms.Excel, Word, PPT
Deep knowledge of the assigned market and existing relationship with local distributor and retailers
Having strong database both GT and MT category
Willing to travel outside the area as needed
Able to work underpressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
