Customer Service Staff

An operational bridge between demand and delivery within the Order-to-Cash cycle and lead the end-to-end fulfillment process—balancing customer requirements with warehouse and logistics capabilities—to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.

Job Description Responsible for efficiently and accurately company’s order to cash processes in accordance to standard policy & procedure. Operational handling- Process purchase orders, Coordinate delivery, Handle issues with distributor/customer, maintain records.

Serve as the frontline in coordinating between demand – supply to delivering highest customer’s satisfaction at lowest cost, improving KPI’s. Monitor order & delivery, support OTIF targets, Data accuracy, Escalate gaps.

Trucking management - Order trucks, coordinate operational plans & shipment schedule.

Handle administrations of 3PL invoices, etc.

Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering.

Experience in Demand- Supply, Purchase Order Fulfillment and/or Order To Cash.

Proficient using SAP S/4 Hana, Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel), Power BI.
