Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a closely related disciplin.
A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience as Head of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Planning, or Corporate Secretariat, preferably within a holding company or complex multi‑business organization.
Proven track record in the formulation, execution, and governance of the Long‑Term Corporate Plan (RJPP) and Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAP), ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Advanced capability in delivering robust strategic, financial, and performance analyses, and in producing clear, insightful, and decision‑ready executive reports for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in Good Corporate Governance (GCG), enterprise risk management, and regulatory and statutory compliance within a corporate environment.
Job Description
Direct and oversee the execution of corporate strategy, ensuring sustained alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long‑term strategic objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors by providing strategic insights, recommendations, and high‑quality management reports to support sound and timely decision‑making.
Ensure the disciplined implementation and monitoring of the Long‑Term Corporate Plan (RJPP) and Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) in accordance with stakeholder governance and strategic directives.
Uphold and institutionalize the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) across all corporate processes and decision‑making forums.
Fulfill Corporate Secretary functions, including the governance and administration of General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners meetings, and formal engagement with shareholders and regulatory bodies.
Define and execute an integrated corporate communication and public affairs strategy to strengthen corporate reputation and stakeholder trust.
Oversee internal and external communications, including crisis communication management, media engagement, and reputation risk mitigation.
