We're Hiring: Business Manager – EoR and Payroll Services!
We are launching our
Employer of Record (EoR) & Payroll Services division
— and we’re looking for a commercially driven leader to build it from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build, scale, and lead opportunity.
If you have the ambition to create a new business line, develop market presence, win corporate clients, and shape strategy from day one — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EoR & Payroll services
Build the client pipeline and close new corporate & international accounts
Establish sales processes, pricing models, and commercial structure
Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Drive revenue growth and position the company as a trusted workforce solutions partner
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in business development (HR, payroll, EoR, outsourcing, or professional services preferred)
Experience building or scaling a new business unit is a strong advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
