Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Application & System Development

Develop scalable and maintainable back‑end services using GoLang

Design and optimize RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services for system interoperability

2. Database & Storage Management

Design robust database schemas in RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase)

Ensure efficient handling of structured and unstructured data in healthcare and operational contexts

Implement indexing, normalization, performance tuning, and backup strategies

3. AI Feature Integration

Implement and support AI‑driven functionalities such as chatbot integration (FDC AI), clinical decision support, recommendation engines, and document intelligence

Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate model outputs into core products

4. System Optimization & Security

Improve application performance, conduct load testing, and optimize code for high concurrency

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and healthcare data standards through secure coding practices, encryption, and access control

Work closely with Solution Architects, DevOps, QA, Data, and Product teams to deliver features aligned with FDC’s architecture strategy

Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to documentation

5. DevOps & CI/CD Support

Collaborate with DevOps to deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Support best practices in version control (GitFlow) and continuous improvement through automation
