~CNY 20 Million in annual revenue , we are poised for our next phase of aggressive growth. The Opportunity: We are seeking a visionary

Country GM

to lead our strategic transition. You will steer the company’s relocation from our current West Java industrial park to a new

Jakarta headquarters in 2026 , while transforming our business model from a stable operation to a market leader in the

building services and residential pump sectors . This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly drive channel expansion and double-digit growth. Key Responsibility Drive Offline Channel Expansion & Strategic Relocation:

Lead the end-to-end strategy to

build a robust offline distributor/dealer network

across Indonesia to capture the residential pump market, while simultaneously managing the company’s

physical relocation to Jakarta in 2026

to better serve key urban markets. ✅ Qualifications Proven Track Record:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Indonesia, with a

demonstrated success story in building/scaling offline distribution networks

within the

Building Services, HVAC, or Home Improvement industries

(e.g., ex-Grundfos, Wilo, Daikin, or major hardware distributors). Note: In need to Communicate with Chinese Team, Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a strong plus but not mandatory. Why Join Us? High Impact:
