Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive clinic revenue growth

Build and manage partnerships with corporations (corporate healthcare programs), schools and educational institutions, communities and organizations

Conduct market mapping and data analysis to identify expansion opportunities

Actively perform business visits and client canvassing

Lead negotiations and manage commercial agreements

Monitor partnership performance based on KPIs and revenue targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial, or partnership roles

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

Excellent networking and negotiation skills

Highly mobile and flexible for external meetings

Target-oriented with a strong growth mindset
