Head of IT Risk & Security

We’re looking for a visionary leader to oversee our IT Risk & Security team. This role is responsible for establishing a robust security foundation, ensuring regulatory compliance, building cyber resilience and strengthening organizational awareness of IT Risk & Security.

You will responsible to: Defines and implements security frameworks for existing and new systems in the company. Implement the program for IT security awareness continuous improvement. Update current structure and content of IT Security & Risk documentation. Manage the IT Security Monitoring and IT Security Operations. Manage the execution of Security Tests. Plan and Propose IT Security & Risk Budgets.

We are looking for Talents with: 10+ years experience in a reputed organization in a combination of IT Security & Risk management. Knowledge of common information security management frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001). Professional IT security management certification and will be an advantage for having PDP Certification Ability to adapt to a fast-moving Cyber Security landscape and keep pace with latest thinking and new security technologies. Thrives on change, showing an impressive ability to drive the IT security strategy forward. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity. Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams. Good communication skill includes well articulate IT threats and IT risk with diversity stakeholders to help others understand business risk.
