Assist Compensation and Benefit Specialist and Human Capital service at the Company, ensuring excellent delivery of the services. Maintain and update HRIS, employee payroll data, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits. Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality Ensure payroll calculations comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Coordinate with internal teams regarding attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data. Administer and process monthly payroll accurately and on time Prepare payroll reports and support periodic audits and management requests. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and confidential manner. Support social security administration related to payroll (e.g., BPJS). Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any related field Minimum 1 year of experience working with payroll systems/HRIS. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in administrative tasks and documentation. Able to promptly adjust, update, and maintain employee data as needed. Knowledge of tax regulations (PPh 21) is a plus.
